With his previous experience in the Liverpool LHA tenant market, Steve chose to develop this further as his USP (Unique Selling Proposition) and has now become a highly respected expert in LHA tenancies, which has created a great niche for him in the Liverpool area, especially surrounding his offices in the Crosby part of the city.
One struggling Landlord came to Steve, not having received any money from the council for his LHA tenant for over 6 months. With Steves extensive knowledge of LHA tenancies he managed to get the claim moving, secured ?2,500 back payment for the now delighted landlord, and successfully retained the same tenant, when the landlords original conclusion was resolvedly to evict the tenant.
Steve said: To kick off 2012 Ive just employed a Lister to maintain our high level of property stock and Im now looking to move to even bigger premises already.
